The studio
Social and
marketing
Strategy is only worth what reaches the guest. Our studio makes the things they actually see: the feed they follow, the campaign that brings them back.
Always on
Social that sounds like the room
A feed is the front door for a generation of guests. We run it as an operating channel: planned to a calendar, shot properly, answered quickly.
- Monthly content calendars tied to the trading week
- In-venue shoots for food, room and team
- Community management and reply times that matter
- Reporting against covers, not vanity metrics

Fill the room
Marketing built on the P&L
Campaigns judged on covers and average spend, not impressions. We plan launches, seasons and national-day moments against the number that actually matters.
- Launch and re-launch campaign planning
- Seasonal calendars built around the New Zealand year
- Partnerships, PR and influencer programmes
- Reporting tied to covers, spend and retention

Food photography
Shot in the
venue
Plates and drinks photographed where they are served, for menus, launches and the feed that has to be fed every week.
Campaign pieces
What the studio
actually makes
Three kinds of campaign, and the pieces we have put out so far.
Social media marketing
Instagram, Facebook, Google and LinkedIn. Planned to the trading week, shot in the venue, answered like a channel rather than a noticeboard.
Brand identity
Name, mark, palette and tone, then the applied system: signage, uniforms, menus and the plate in front of the guest.
WhatsApp campaign
Opted-in broadcasts, booking replies from one shared inbox and win-backs for guests who stopped coming.

Our product
WhatsApp, run on a platform we built
The studio runs WhatsApp for venues: opted-in campaigns that fill a quiet session, booking messages answered from one shared inbox, and win-backs for guests who stopped coming. It runs on YellaCRM, the platform we build ourselves, so the software and the campaign answer to the same people.
- A shared inbox for booking messages, not one person’s phone
- Broadcasts to an opted-in segment, timed to the trading week
- Win-backs built from your own booking data
- Reported on covers rather than on read rates
